Educational Outreach

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive for training and the need to schedule those training sessions between patient appointments, we ask that there be a minimum of 15 attendees, and that the training be scheduled on a Tuesday or a Thursday. Please submit request at least 2 weeks prior to requested event. Call 321-867-7497 or e-mail KSC-RehabWorks@mail.nasa.gov and give us the following information:

  1. Requested By (Name)
  2. Organization
  3. Phone
  4. Fax
  5. E-Mail
  6. Requested Training Topic (Back to Work, CTS Prevention, Workstation Microbreaks, Injury Prevention, Etc)
  7. Type of work group being trained (ex. Ground Ops, Secretarial, Techs, etc.)
  8. Length of presentation (min)
  9. Number of attendees
  10. Requested training date/time
  11. Training location
  12. Can you provide a computer and projector for CD-ROM Power Point presentation?
  13. Is this training being used to satisfy training or meeting requirements
  14. If so please describe

The RehabWorks staff does not have access to all areas of KSC and if necessary, will need you to arrange for a TAA on the day of training.
