This is a service provided by NASA for the benefit of the KSC workforce.
We have updated our process for requesting an appointment for the RehabWorks Clinic. Please view the options below to guide you to the best option for your plan of care.
You must have an active badge to get onsite at KSC to receive services from the RehabWorks.
We do not treat retirees and docents.
Due to NASA policy, we cannot accept any patients with cases that are under litigation, such as injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident.

We offer 15-minute appointments where you can discuss your questions and concerns to get the proper care you will need with an AT to help guide you in the right direction.
Consultation
If you are needing a one-time consult or maybe just a few appointments with our ATs for minor aches and pains, please select the link below. No physician referral is necessary. This link below bring you to all necessary documents with instructions for submission. Once all documents have been reviewed, the staff will get back to your request within a week.
Physician/Provider Referral
If you are currently under the care of a physician for a musculoskeletal condition and have been provided with a referral or feel you may need one, please follow the link below. It will bring you to our Athletic Trainer Referral form and all necessary instructions for completion and submission. Our staff will need to review your referral and make sure it is in our scope of practice to treat and will get back to your request within a week.
