Hours of Operation

The KSC Fitness Center (FC) is open 5:30am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. The FC is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federally Observed Holidays.

Location

The KSC Fitness Center (FC) is located in the northeast corner of the Neil Armstrong Operations & Checkout Building (O&C) , M7-0355, Room 1514. Enter the O&C building through the double doors on the East side of the building. The FC entrance will be directly in front of you.

Amenities include (but not limited to):

• Certified Fitness Staff
• Treadmills
• Ellipticals
• Stair climbers
• Rowers
• Verse Climbers
• Bicycles (reclined, upright, indoor cycle/spin, assault/fan)
• Strength training machines
• Free weights (dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, etc.)
• Group exercise room
