Kennedy Space Center Walk Run Information
The Walk Run is a simultaneously occurring two-mile walk or run, 5K run, and 10K run on the KSC Launch & Landing Facility (previously known as the Shuttle Landing Facility). The KSC Walk Run is open to permanently badged KSC/SF employees and a maximum of four (4) guests per employee. Guests must be at least 12 years old to participate.
- Registration is required for all participants.

Guests are REQUIRED to Pre-register to participate.
- Employees wanting to bring guests are required to pre-register.
- The employee’s registration and their guest registration forms MUST be received at the KSC Fitness Center by Monday, March 24, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for everyone, but KSC employees may register at the LLF starting at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
- Late Registration at the LLF ends at 4:40 p.m.

NOTE: You can email completed registration forms to the Fitness Center Staff following NASA procedures to protect PII. Email encryption is REQUIRED, along with including the provided CUI cover page with the registration form, and 2025 KSC Walk Run Registration [Contains CUI] as the email subject. If you are unable to use email encryption, you MUST deliver your registration in person to the KSC Fitness Center, O&C (M7-0355), room 1514.
