Group Exercise Classes at KSC

KSC’s Fitness Center staff provides guided workouts in-person and through MS Teams. In-Person participation requires a Fitness Center membership. *Membership information is located on the ‘Join KSC Fitness Center’ tab.

In-Person & MS Teams

Buffed & Balanced: This class is your one-stop shop for exercise. Instructors will lead you through exercises that utilize body weight or optional weights. Class formats vary to provide a total body experience throughout the week.

Stretch: In this class, participants will be instructed to move through poses, stretches, and exercises to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.

In-Person ONLY

Circuit Training: This is a fast-paced, total-body workout class combining strength, endurance, and cardio. There will be squats, lunges, burpees, agility drills, core work, rowers, battle ropes, boxing, assault bikes, and more to burn calories and build muscle.

Yoga Flex: In this class, participants will be instructed to flow through a series of poses aimed to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.

Balance Zone Classes
Tuesday 11:00 – 11:15am Logistics, Room 3828
Wednesday 11:00 – 11:15am OSB I, Room 1201

In-Person ONLY

Balance Zone Class: These are 15 to 30-minute classes taught by Fitness Center staff at Balance Zone locations around KSC. These classes aim to improve physical balance, coordination, and strength, making daily tasks easier, and safer, to perform.
